I found Doug when I was searching for homes online and am I ever glad I gave him a chance ! My husband and I Iive in seperate cities and we were looking for a home in either south Langley or White Rock. During our search our budget and style of home we were looking for kept changing. We started looking at row homes then switched to condos then switched to single family detached homes. Through the whole process Doug was beyond patient with us and kept finding us different options that matched our new criteria. Doug was very knowledgeable in the geographical areas we were looking. My husband is only in town every other weekend so Doug would take time to show me lots of places during the week so we could short list them for when my husband was here. Many of the showings had my children and older mother in tow as well. Doug was exceptional with my family. After months of searching we found the home of our dreams and Doug went all in to negotiate the best price for us. I have worked with realtors in the past that were all to eager to get us to pay more than the home was assessed at to get their commission. Doug was an exceptional advocate for us and deserves every penny he made working with us. if you want someone who is down to earth, knowledgeable, available at almost any hour and will find you the best home for your family I would highly suggest using Doug!

His knowledge is incredible and it was a pleasant experience. He answered our calls or texts almost immediately and was always present for us.
